Sagawa Express PR illustrations
Practising making illustrations for a company as PR tool. I made a christmas collection for the delivery company Sagawa Express. The collection consist of a christmas postcard, an advent calendar and an envlope to send the package to their clients. The christmas cards would consist of 3 diffrent illustrations which would be send randomly. The advent calendar can be openend every day during the december month is a kind of lottery where you can win presents, because christmas is about giving. At last you have the envlope where I made pattern with the sillhouettes of all the characters. The characters are based of antartic animals, to give a friendly and wintery feel to the whole concept. The penguins are the main characters of this collection. His costume is loosely based off christmas elves, the helpers of santa(Sagawa). There's also Oxxy(bizon) that represents land delivery(truck), Abby(albatross) for sky delivery(plane) and Whallie(narwhal) for water delivery(boat).
